Crock-Pot Zucchini and Yellow Squash Casserole


INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups 
  • 2 Cups 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon 
  • 1 Teaspoon 
  • 1 Teaspoon 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon 
  • 1/4 Cup 
  • 1/4 Cup 
  • 1/4 Cup 
crock-pot zucchini and squash casserole
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add the chopped zucchini and yellow squash to a 5 qt or larger crock-pot.
  2. Sprinkle the seasoning over the top of the zucchini and squash.
  3. Add the tabbed butter and Parmesan cheese to the top of the zucchini.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle the crushed butter crackers over the top.
  5. Cover and Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or until the squash is fork tender.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
